The over haul A can make your flute look like brand-new. However, it depends on condition of the flute. Please ask our repair staff when you bring your flutes to us.

Warranty Provisions

In the event the product malfunctions under normal usage due to defective manufacture within one year from date of purchase, our company will repair the instrument at no cost to the customer.

If the product is found to have failed due to negligence or misuse as listed below. The customer will incur the entire cost of repairs to the product even if the product still falls under the warranty period.

1. Malfunction and damage caused by misuse.
2. Malfunction and damage caused by fire, storm, flood, and/or any other natural disasters.
3. The product was repaired or modified by other than authorized company personnel.
4. Change of color caused by exposure to chemicals.
5. Failure to fill applicable information.
6. No proof of warranty (lost or misplased warranty).
